From my student days to the present, I
have used the services of more than 10 banks, but I have no experience opening
accounts in other countries; as cases of financial fraud continue to increase,
banks have implemented increasingly stringent withdrawal procedures. The
mechanism that left the strongest impression on me is the offline random code generation device provided
by Standard Chartered Bank's for its online banking service (I
don’t remember the exact name of the device), account holders must use the
random code generated by this device to access their online banking account,
and I feel the greatest sense of security in using because of its offline and
random code mechanism. May I ask readers what you consider to be the most
reassuring security mechanism for accessing your bank account? Which bank
provides it? Please recommend it.
In this paragraph, it mainly focuses on
opening a bank account. 👉 Do you have similar experiences or thoughts to share:
(1) In my
personal experience of opening bank accounts, over 90% of such procedures are
conducted in open spaces, alternatively, my back faces the transparent glass on
the first floor of the bank, it makes the undergoing account opening can be
spied on by passersby on the street; consequently, I am highly concerned about
the potential exposure of my personal information to pedestrians and therefore
deliberately adjust my seating orientation to minimize visibility.
I would like to inquire
about the experience and feelings of
the Chairmen of these banks when you yourself open accounts at institutions you
are managing. I also hope could inquire the same question to these
banks’ Interior Designers about how your felt about your account opening in the
spaces you designed for your banks clients?👈Because it is
you design the account opening space.
Regarding the spatial
issue I raised, why did banks approve
such spatial design proposals?
Chairmen,
may I suggest that you review the appropriateness of the spatial design of all your
bank's branches? What is your comment on it?

Banks usually provide exclusive service spaces for VIPs,
I strongly support this kind of differentiated service based on the difference
among clients’ overall situation, therefore: Please Banks allow people know why
you don’t let potential clients know clearly about the requirements for
being your VIPs?!

define the service spaces for VIPs and the service quality would make your VIPs
feel they are served differently from those in general level?! This question is
based on the difference in definition of VIPs and the services provided by
Banks.
Bank accounts opening experience of the
author is described below, it hopes Banks which still have the following
situation would like to improve for better and treat your existing clients
and potential clients well, and readers are also invited to comment:

I once passed by an international renown bank (=a
potential client inquires directly), I was in formal attire and hope could know
account opening procedure: Please let me know what I need to prepare for
opening accounts in your bank?!
There were two receptionists at the
main entrance (in bank suits and standing at attention): Our clients must
have a deposit of OOO or more to open an account.
Please comment: Do you think this kind
of feedback from Banks is appropriate?! Is there anything strange?! If I were
to pass by while wearing casual attire to shop for groceries at a traditional
wet market, what kind of responses I might receive?😄

There was one receptionist at the main entrance (in bank
suit and sitting); this service clerk was looking at her own mobile phone and
sitting the whole time in our communication without having an eye contact with
me.

There were many people waiting in line, and I could see
the forms being filled out by the VIPs being served.
In all of above,

Do you think those bank services must be improved?! What
it is?!

At that moment, these banks have been established for
many years, thus, what’s your idea that in what situation caused these banks
considering themselves being allowed to treat people of the Republic of China in
that way?!

More than that, in your idea, what kind of problems I may
have causing those banks treating me in that kind of attitude?! If those
service clerks have received professional work training enabling them knowing I
have not much money by just seeing my appearance, knowing I am not in those VIP
group, then, their judgement is correct.👈 Did this is the thing that allowed them to
treat me like that?!

Do you think I should have reported to those banks about
these problems?! To whom?! What kind of response you think they will reply?! Or,
you have no confidence to those banks willingness to reply this kind of
questions?! 👈You
are right, in this kind of problems, I have no confidence to those banks of
their attitude in dealing with it, a situation of a specific bank’s dealing with problems has proved what I
think is right.
Regarding this specific bank, there was a case that I complained to the
familiar service clerk H , H told me that the best way to deal with it is to
submit complaint letter to their customer service mailbox👈I received an
apology by that service clerk herself, I think the way this bank
handling this case was extremely not appropriate, I feel its branch manager and
related supervisors of their headquarters want to shrink responsibility. What
do you think?!👈Am
I the only one who thinks that banks should be a strictly managed work
environment?!
2. All The Clients are VIPs in this Need.
Banks is an industry that provides cash
management service for clients, it involves property and individual
information, hence, I believe you agree 👉A
bank's [integrity] and [the rigor of its personal data protection] must not
differ between regular customers and VIPs. Every customer must be treated like
a VIP in both aspects.
In this paragraph, I would like to
share my bank service user experience in year 2024~2025 below; however, if
my following speculations about the banks are true, I hope these banks withdraw
their business from the banking sector of the Republic of China. You are not
only discriminating against my basic rights, but you also have no idea that you
shouldn't be involved in such activities; this is a truly appalling act.
To consider my stories in last
paragraph, obviously, the Banks industry has discriminated against users of
bank service of the Republic of China for a long time or there is
discrimination based on wealth disparity, otherwise, why do these banks behave
like this toward me, especially when I'm coincidentally not a rich person?!:

You have participated in specific arrangements
to deliver deliberately orchestrated service behaviors directed at me
personally, including the cases stated below.
(2)
You checked my ID card for the purpose of
verifying my marital status, which was entirely irrelevant to my service
requirements.
(3)
You intentionally subjected me to prolonged
waiting times, caused the passbook machine to disconnect to prevent updating,
the service clerk left the scene after placing my dual identification on the
desk, and interrupted service to interact with a delivery person—all with the
intent of observing my reactions.
(4)
You recorded my service process and reactions
without my consent and provided them to third parties; for example, the
incidents mentioned in (3).
(5)
You used verbal inquiries from staff to lead me
into revealing information in an open space, allowing specific individuals to
overhear my private data.
I observed
and I’m aware of it because the staff member gestured and smiled at someone
standing behind me.
(6)
You allowed actors—individuals who are not your
employees—to serve me and collaborated with them to lead me into specific
staged scenarios.
(7)
Based on the above, you confirmed my identity
as your client to that specific individual👈 which means
you have leaked my personal data.
(8)
Based on the above, even if my data had not
been leaked, the aforementioned situations make me believe that it is
impossible the bank’s operational procedures possess [Integrity] and [Rigorous
Personal Data Confidentiality]; my
victimization indicates that any individual could potentially be victimized in
the future while you should have executed these service steps with the highest
quality, you instead consented to and participated in an activity that
undermines the trust of bank service users.
What
does Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mean to your company(the Banks)?!
Please readers
share your opinion: Suppose the
experiences of 2024–2025 were a Prank Show—do you think this would happen to a
wealthy person?! Or was it because they precisely saw that I am not wealthy and
thus lacked the ability to fight back?! This is a disgusting production team
filled with wealth-based discrimination.👈If you could make a wish come true,
what kind of karmic retribution would you want them to receive?
(9) Distinct
from the specific activities mentioned above, in my previous workplace
experience, a supervisor utilized his personal relationship with a specific
bank to obtain the bank deposit levels of mine and my colleagues’ at the time.

How banks can prevent such situations from
occurring?!

If your mega-conglomerate clients demand that
you disclose a specific individual's data, how you will handle it?!

How you would like to demonstrate to the
general public that your management mechanisms ensure all clients data
is protected from improper disclosure?!
Is
it important to you when non-VIP clients express fear or doubt regarding your
data confidentiality mechanism?! How you will tangibly
demonstrate that you make all your clients feel they are treated with good and
highest quality service?!👈Since your clients
typically report issues to your branch staff, how you can show that the
feedback provided by these staff members to the bank's internal management is
actually valued?!
Above
description in yellow background applies to many kinds of industries, in your
business industry, how you deal with it and make your clients and those
potential clients believe you provide service with high quality?! What is you
are in telecommunication and internet industries?! Companies in television
station industry work together to make particular audience see improper
programs, how you will handle it?! What other kind of industries may have this
kind of situation?! What industries may cause bigger impact than those resulted
from the Banks?! The departments of Government(s), right?! I raised these
industries based on experience I suffered in these years. Please click and view

situation.
In
the last section of this paragraph, this blog would like to consult readers’
opinion: Beyond demanding that the
involved businesses exit the industry, what would be most appropriate for the
people to demand of them?! If the government also participated, what
responsibilities should be imposed on the government departments and their
individual heads?! Since government resources are collectively owned and
accumulated by the people, the public should not be forced to bear the burden
of the ruling authorities' misconduct. What is your opinion?!
Furthermore, when the
government is aware that its citizens are suffering in ways that are abnormal
and violate human rights, yet claims it cannot intervene due to Judicial
Independence—thereby failing to provide protection and merely standing by to
watch people be victimized—how you think this should be handled?!
On a scale of 0 to 10,
where 0 represents a total absence of the rule of law and 10 represents a
perfect rule of law; and where 0 is completely unfit for office and 10 is
highly competent—based on the overall situation described so far, how you would
rate the current government of the Republic of China?! Do you want to ask me
back whether I am rating the local or central government?! 👈I am one of
the people; how you think I would answer you?!
3. Seals
or Signatures, At The Counter, Monday (7 Sisters).
In the Republic of China, people are able
to use seals or signature or both of them in opening bank accounts for
themselves; which kind of option you would like to use?!
Right after the Republic of China
establishing the system of national health insurance which allows of the
citizens could have the health insurance card, the banks requested that all
clients need to bring their ID cards together with their health insurance card
in requesting for service provided at banks, it is for banks’ verifying
clients’ real identification with records in those cards before providing those
requested services, however, does it remind you of a movie, What Happened to
Monday (Wikipedia: it is Seven Sisters in France)?! 👈👉People who look extremely similar
can still impersonate the real one, right?! Therefore, I hope we can abolish
the use of seals but allow fingerprint identification instead. What do you
think?! Individual information protection related regulations of
the Republic of China prohibit companies or business organizations to use
fingerprints or other kind of biological identification in verifying employees
or customers, such kind of legal regulations are defined based on good
intention, however, it increase our personal property and life risk exposures,
do you agree?!
This blog would like to invite
departments of governments of countries, legal organization, life and property
safety protection service providers to comment: What kind of safety protection should
be prioritized than the protection of individual information confidentiality,
therefore, anyone should not use the information confidentiality as an excuse
to stop from the protecting?! Do you think this problem exists?! I believe this
is a very important issue, and, on the contrary, current individual information
confidentiality regulation may cause the government or public officials using
it as an excuse in not exercising public power or not promoting social welfare
for particular purpose, for example: they use personal information protection
purpose as a reason for not tracking and not managing the record of individual
movement, it results in those work difficulties in allocating resources of housing,
care or election voting and the work progress is slow or it cannot be executed.
What’s your opinion in this aspect?! What are those reasons of your believing
that the probability of my predicted scenario occurring is 0%? Why? The
current personal income tax filing procedure in the Republic of China has
already provided information on one's place of residence and movement, do you
agree?! It's just that the procedure for tracking personal movement isn't as
convenient as expected, right?!
Please allow me to consult you: Once it
resolves the situation that people using their appearance similarity and do
something violate the law, does it also resolve 90% strong of all the problems
in the society?! Is biological identification the best mechanism among all the
solutions?! In all of the above situations, do you believe the confidentiality
of your personal information or information of movement is more important, or,
to use that information to protect your rights of voting and the safety of your
property is more important?!
A real story: There was a loan service
clerk of a bank forged my family’s seal for years, my family didn’t know it
until we went to this bank dealing with this loan contract affairs; in this
period, this bank has never noticed us any alert, more than that, when we
processed that contract again, that service clerk has resigned, other service
providers of this bank saying they don’t know or that clerk has resigned as an
excuse to avoid any further communication of the problem. Though, it has caused
no monetary loss of my family, do you consider this is problem is big enough or
not?! Why?! Is this real case a kind of reflection of some problems?! If it is
this bank’s Chairman or their family encountering this case, what you think this
Chairman will handle this case?! Therefore, why my family encountered avoidance?!
Hence, would this incident happen or not if it used my
family’s fingerprint as the identification?!
